Benefits of SLP Praxis Tutoring services:

- Improve your score by learning test-taking strategies so that you better understand a question, know what it is asking and choose the right answer
- Increase your accountability and organization by creating a study plan and setting realistic study goals
I'm eager to help you achieve your goal of passing the praxis so that you can move forward, pursue certification and become the clinician that our field needs!
Brenna's why
Simply put: I want SLPs to pass the praxis so they can move forward with certification and become the clinician that our field needs.
The world already has a shortage of SLPs in the field. We need more caring and brilliant clinicians out there! And I don't believe the praxis should be yet another barrier to getting SLPs in the field.
To sum it up: I love education; I love research; and I love the science of our field...tapping into all of these passions has lead me to creating a helpful resource for SLPs who are preparing for the praxis exam.

How did it start?
I began working with SLPs by providing tutoring sessions for the praxis exam. I heard from several SLPs that something was missing from their praxis preparation--whether it was organization, guidance or strategy. I knew right off the bat that my approach was going to combine two big objectives: test-taking strategies + subject area review.
I've spent much time contemplating how the various subjects in our field fit into a study plan, build off one another and make the most sense. The content and curriculum I've developed is strategically organized and highly engaging! It caters to all learning modalities, whether you're a visual, auditory, narrative or kinesthetic learner.
I devote part of my time to praxis tutoring, and I look forward to helping more SLPs pass the praxis and become a fellow colleague.
